So I kept it simple and started with what I could handle.
This guide is built around a yes list. Foods your body can actually work with. It includes food lists, clean recipes I actually make, and practical tips for making this way of eating feel doable instead of overwhelming. This is not about being perfect. It is about having something clean to reach for when you are tired and hungry and would otherwise grab whatever is easiest.
Start with one meal. Prep it on a Sunday. That is all you need to do.
