When you sign up for our email list, download our pantry audit lead magnet, or otherwise opt in to receive communications from us, we collect your name and email address.

This information is shared with our third-party email service provider, which sends emails on our behalf and helps us manage our email list.

How We Share Your Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers who help us operate our business. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.

Behavioral Advertising

At this time, we do not run paid advertising or use third-party advertising pixels. If we begin running advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect what advertising tools we use and how they collect information.

We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, including offering products for sale, processing payments, delivering digital products, sending email communications you have signed up for, providing customer support, and informing you about new products, services, and offers.

Retention

Automatic Decision-Making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. This includes a temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, which persists for a small number of hours, and a temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses, which persists for a small number of days.

Selling Personal Information

We do not sell your Personal Information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. We have opted out of Shopify Audiences and similar data-sharing programs. We do not share your information with advertising partners for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to request that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
