Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because every product sold by Relax with CME is a digital download, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to your files, and we are not able to take a digital product back the way a physical store can take back an unworn shirt.

Please take your time before purchasing. Read through the product descriptions, review what is included in each guide and bundle, and reach out with any questions before you buy. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not clear, email us at customercare@relaxwithcme.com and we will be happy to help.

Trouble Accessing Your Files

If you have any technical issues with your download, including a corrupted file, a broken download link, or trouble opening the PDF, please contact us at customercare@relaxwithcme.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right. Please include your order number and a description of what is happening so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Wrong Product Purchased

If you purchased the wrong guide or bundle by mistake, please reach out within 24 hours of your order at customercare@relaxwithcme.com before you have downloaded the file. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. We are a small business and we genuinely want to help. Filing a chargeback before reaching out to us makes it harder for us to resolve the situation. Email is always the fastest way to get a real response.

EU Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right under EU consumer law to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, once you have given your consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and downloading your digital product, you agree to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw.
