Shipping policy

All products sold by Relax with CME are digital downloads. We do not ship physical items.

How You Receive Your Products

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email will include a secure download link for your digital files. Most customers receive their download link within minutes of purchase.

You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account on relaxwithcme.com.

Trouble Receiving Your Download Link

If you do not see your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. Email filters sometimes flag automated order confirmations.

If you still cannot find your email, please contact us at customercare@relaxwithcme.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend your download link.

File Formats and Compatibility

All of our guides are delivered as PDF files. PDFs can be opened on virtually any device, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. If you plan to print your guide, we recommend doing so on a standard home or office printer using letter-size paper.

Download Limits

For security reasons, each download link is limited to 5 downloads. We recommend saving your file to a device you control, such as your computer or a cloud storage account in your name, the first time you download it. This way you have continued access to your purchase without needing to use additional download attempts.

If you reach your download limit before you have successfully saved your file, please contact us at customercare@relaxwithcme.com and we will provide a new link.

International Customers

Because our products are digital downloads, they are available to customers worldwide. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or international delivery delays.
